How do I place an order?
Step 1. Add the desired item and quantity to your shopping cart.
Step 2. Click the shopping cart icon.
Step 3. Review your order and click Checkout.
Step 4. Sign in or Register.
Step 5. Confirm your shipping details and payment method, then complete the payment.
How can I track my order status?
We will send you an email once your order has been shipped. You can also log into My Account and click Order History to check your order status.

Can I make changes to my order?
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please do so within 24 hours after placing the order by sending us a request at contact@promower.shop.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes and you will need to wait until it is delivered.
Are customs and duties fees included in the price of my order?
No, customs and duties fees are not included. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the package. The amount varies depending on your country and the items ordered.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal and major credit cards.

How long is the delivery time?
Orders take 1–2 business days to process before shipment.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected:

When will my order arrive?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

What should I do if there’s something wrong with my order?
Please contact us immediately at contact@promower.shop with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if there is any quality problem.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and process your return, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your bank account.
We will notify you via email once your return has been received and your refund is on its way.
