At ProMower, all orders are automatically processed and prepared for shipment immediately after being placed.

• If you wish to cancel your order, please send a cancellation request via email to contact@promower.shop within 24 hours of placing your order.

• If your order has not yet been shipped, you will be eligible for a full refund.

• Once the order has been shipped and transportation is arranged, it cannot be canceled.
